During the public comment period of the Beardstown City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 16th, Jack Fearneyhough, a Kiwanis member and community service volunteer, approached the council, both angered and confused, as to why no action was taken in the event that occurred earlier this year where a driver drove into the Kiwanis Park damaging the chain-link fence and playground equipment.
