Veteran’s Wall dedication to be held on Veterans Day

    The dedication of the Veteran’s Memorial Wall on Wall St. begins  at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 11. The wall was built by the Guthrie-Pierce Post 1239 Men’s Auxiliary through donations of labor, materials, and cash.
    During the dedication ceremony, the BHS Elite Choir will perform and U.S. Judge Richard Mills will give an address. All veterans, their families and the public are encouraged to attend.
    A regular Veteran’s Day service at Oak Grove Cemetery will follow. Lunch will be served to Veterans at the VFW at 610 E 4th St. at approximately 11:30 a.m., the general public is invited.
