Leah is about three years old. She loves to find a cozy spot in her room and would make a great addition to your couch! She is a very sweet girl who loves attention but most likely won’t beg for it. She has beautiful eyes that are light brown with dark brown spots in them. This beautiful girl, along with all other animals at SCHS will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before adoption. Charly (right) and Frankie (left) are sisters who were born in 2019. They are both super sweet and laid back. They love to lay in the window and be together. Diesel, “D”, is about one year old. He is a Lab/ Pit mix. He was hit by a car and is currently healing from a broken pelvis which he had surgery on. He is doing very well recovering and is getting better. He is very playful, sweet, and cuddly. 

Garfield, a tabby cat

Garfield is a handsome, two-year-old who loves his food. He is affectionate, rambunctious, but also calm. Due to being FIV positive, there is no adoption fee; we would just love to see him go into a great home and find his forever family! FIV is an immouno-suppressing virus. FIV typically spreads from cat to cat by bite wounds. FIV is not transmittable to other species, and cats with FIV typically live full, happy lives. This goofy boy, along with all other animals at SCHS will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before adoption. Glenda was born in 2018. She loves to sit on your lap and give you hugs. She likes to hang out on the shelves in her cat room and greet you when you walk in. She is energetic and cuddly. Melissa is a beautiful torti who was born in the spring of 2020. She has been here at SCHS for almost two years. She is the sweetest girl and loves attention. She likes laying on the shelves in her room and leaning into your hand for pets. Kittens

These kittens were born at the Humane Society on Saturday, March 23. They are now four and a half weeks old. There are four boys and one girl. Two of the boys are already spoken for but the other three still need new homes! They can’t be taken home until May 19, when they are eight weeks old. These kittens will have to be brought back to get their vaccines and to be spayed/neutered when they are old enough. They are starting to play and are very sweet.
