Crime Stoppers to host 'Pack the Place' nights
Crime Stoppers of Morgan, Scott & Cass Counties is celebrating 40 years of serving the Community this September, which also happens to be Crime Stoppers Month worldwide. The Crime Stopper program began in July 1976 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
