With the spring weather wreaking havoc on the schedule, the Triopia-Meredosia-Virgnia softball team was only able to get one game in last week. Even that game was played through a tornado.
The Griggsville-Perry Tornadoes that is, as the Trojans blew them out 12 to 1 to even their record at 3-3 on the season. Triopia bolted to an early lead, scoring four in the first and five in the second before the Tornadoes scored their only run in the top of the third.
