Ribbon cutting at Isaac’s Coffee Shop

Once Isaac French graduated from the Triopia where he served the teachers their daily coffee, Isaac’s mom, Jill Roegge, decided since the day training program in Beardstown had closed, Isaac needed daily activity. Isaac has Down syndrome. And going with Isaac’s love of serving the teachers their coffee, Jill opened a small coffee shop with Isaac. It all began in July of 2021 in a pull behind trailer for Isaac to continue to bless his teachers with his special coffee.
