The Beardstown Junior High School Softball team’s unbeaten streak ended at fourteen games last week, but it did not end easily. In fact, it took a giant to end the streak.

Knights Softball has winning record
Two wins against one loss last week has lifted the A-C Central Lady Knight softball team to a winning record as they improved to 7-6 for the season. The Lady Knights fell to Athens 19 to 3, then came back to beat Illini Central 14 to 0 and North Greene 10 to 6.
