Tiger Volleyball drops two

The Beardstown High School volleyball team lost their first two games to open the season last week. The Lady Tigers fell in straight sets on the road against Western 13-25, 17-25 last Wednesday.

Pictured is Beardstown’s own, Bertille Kayembe, a member of the all-tournament team at the Lady Tiger Volleyball Tourney. Kayembe had a great day statistically with 15 kills, 17 blocks, and four aces on the day. Congratulations!
