A female juvenile was cited for No Valid DL, Failure to yield right away, and NO Valid Insurance and Failure to carry/display license/permit on April 1.

Jordan M. Horrer, 24, Beardstown, was cited for leaving scene of accident on April 1.

Stephanie M. Guterrez, 38, Beardstown, was cited for Criminal Trespass to Property and Criminal Damage to Property on April 1.

Elizabeth Quintana, 27, Beardstown, was given a Written Warning for Expired Registration on April 2.

Stephanie M. Gutierrez, 38, Beardstown, was cited for Criminal Trespass to property on April 2.

Jeffery F. Miles, 65, Beardstown, was cited for Violation of Order of Protection on April 2

Zachary Hicks, 25, Beardstown, was cited for theft under $300 on April 5.

Jennifer Burns, 54, Beardstown, was cited Oct. 10 for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, expired registration and failure to obey stop sign. Jesus Montoya-Rubalcava, 68, Beardstown, was cited Oct. 12  for failure to yield on private property.

Spencer Fortney, 51, Beardstown, was picked up Oct. 5 on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear (FTA) for possession of drug paraphernaia, domestic battery/physical contact, methamphetamine/under five grams and resisting a peace officer.  He was given a Recognizance/IBond, new court date and released.

Andrew Knott, 18, Beardstown, was cited on Sept. 4 for squealing/screeching tires. Jerry Lotz, 68, Jacksonville, was cited Sept. 5 for speeding 55 in a 35 mph zone.

Jose Hernandez-Gomez, 58, Beardstown, was cited August 21 for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while vehicle registration is suspended and expired registration.

Tanya Ruez, 45, Beardstown, was cited August 23 for speeding 60 in a 35 mph zone and a written warning for expired registration.
