BHS Soccer pounds Springfield Southeast 8-1 final home game

The BHS boys’ soccer team closed out their regular season play with an 8-1 beatdown of Springfield Lanphier. Murphy Domitien scored five goals, which put him in the Top 10 all-time scorers in IHSA soccer history with 135 goals and games still to play.
Both the O&B offense and defense came to play and were near unstoppable. In the first four minutes of the match the O&B had already put four goals on the board and led by a 6-1 margin at halftime.
The Tigers continued to be aggressive in the second half, putting two more scores on the scoreboard as Murphy ran wild scoring five goals in all, with the locals working mostly on their passing throughout the second period.
