Over 300 motorcycles, jeeps and other vehicles roared through Beardstown on their 6th Annual RED ride. RED stands for Remember Everyone Deployed. Purpose of the ride is to raise funds to provide care packages to overseas deployed troops at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The group started in Jackonville with stops at the Beardstown Elks Lodge, Havana, Athens, and ending in Springfield. A large crowd welcomed them.
