Protesters take to Beardstown streets

A group of about 50 protesters took to the streets of Beardstown June 3. The march ended with the group kneeling in the street for eight minutes, 46 seconds to represent the last moments of Minnesota resident George Floyd’s life as he lay handcuffed with a police officer’s knee on his neck.
