Beardstown Police
    On Aug. 18, Andy Dunn, 34, of Beardstown was ticketed for driving while license suspended.
    On Aug. 18, Melvin Coney, Jr., 21, of Beardstown was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
    On Aug. 23, Doraima A. Ramirez, 21, of Beardstown was ticketed for reckless driving, and two tickets for disobeying a stop sign.
Cass County Courthouse
    Stacey A. Coil, 49, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct. Coil was fined in the amount of $200 plus costs for a total of $512 and granted time to pay.
    Shane D. Swan, 25, of Decatur pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Swan was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 11 days served, remaining jail time is stayed until further review, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $2,502, and granted time to pay.
    Amber N. Martin, 28, of Beardstown was found guilty by way of a stipulated bench trial on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Martin was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for two days served, remaining jail time is stayed until further review, fined in the amount of $1,000 plus costs for a total of $3,582, and granted time to pay.
    Nicholas A. Snyder, 19, of Frederick pleaded guilty to the charge of Theft Over $500 but less than $10,000. Snyder was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served, ordered to pay all court costs including $561 in restitution for a total of $1,903, and granted time to pay.
    Jamie J. Perry, 20, of Mount Sterling pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Perry was placed on 12 months probation, sentenced to five days jail with credit for five days served, fined in the amount of $300 plus costs for a total of $1,262, and granted time to pay.
