    Violations
    Miguel A. Medrano, 38, of Beardstown was charged with illegal squealing of a vehicle’s tires on August 21 at 9:39 p.m. No court appearance was required.
    John E. Groesch, 45, of Beardstown was charged with violating   a order of protection on August 18 at 4:47 p.m. Groesch was given notice to appear in court on September 12.
    Tracy D. Brasel, 58, of Beardstown was charged with obstructing a peace officer on August 13 at 6:50 p.m. Brasel was given a notice to appear in court on September 12.
    Lori L. Brasel, 54, of Beardstown was charged with obstructing a peace officer on August 13 at 6:50 p.m. Brasel was given a notice to appear in court on September 9.
    Gregory C. Drois, 29, of Beardstown was charged with not having a valid driver’s license on August 20 at 10:17 p.m. Drois was given notice to appear in court on September 13.
    Heather M. Walters, 33, of Browning was charged with using a cellphone while driving on August 10 at 8:36 p.m. Walters was given notice to appear in court on September 13.
    Stephen M. Spears, 47, of Beardstown was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle on August 13 at 5:19 p.m. Spears was given a notice to appear in court on September 13.
    Emmett E. Paulette, 62, of Rushville was charged with a breach of peace on August 7 at 2:17 p.m. Paulette was given a notice to appear in court on September 26.
    Gerardo R. Cruzaley, 36, of Beardstown was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle and not having a valid driver’s license on  July 6 at 7:15 p.m. Cruzaley was given a notice to appear in court on September 13.
    Assault
    Edwin J. Olao-Betencourt, 34, of Beardstown was charged with  aggravated assault on July 30 at 11:41 p.m. Olao-Betencourt was given a notice to appear in court on September 12.
    Theft
    Christopher D. Morris, 45, of Beardstown was charged with retail theft on July 26 at 9:37 p.m. Morris was given notice to appear in court on August 29.
    Drug Abuse
    Jesie Cox, 36, of Beardstown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on August 10 at 11:37 a.m. Cox was given a notice to appear in court on August 24.
    Casey M. Gerdes, 27, of Beardstown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as well as having an open container of alcohol on them while driving on August 5 at 11:15 p.m. Gerdes was given a notice to appear in court on September 13.
    Accidents
    Glenn D. Young, 64, of Rushville was charged with a failure to reduce speed, as well as leaving the scene of an accident on August 16 at 4:29 a.m.

    An accident occured on August 20 at 11:27 a.m. when Ricardo Perez backed up and crashed into Carlos Estrada’s parked vehicle, causing damage to the front and bumper area.
    An accident occured on August 22 at 8:00 a.m. when Stephen Becker took too wide of a turn pulling into a parking spot and struck Skylar Bennett’s rear driver’s side.
    An accident occured on August 19 at 2:46 p.m. when an unknown vehicle struck the side of Jaime Esquirel’s vehicle, causing damage to the passanger side mirror.
    An accident occured on August 10 at 12:30 a.m. when a semi driver, Terance Mack, backed into the wrong dock, causing minor damages.
    An accident occured on August 14 at 7:05 p.m. when an unoccupied vehicle was struck by a silver Chevy, causing slight damage to the bumper.
    An accident occured on August 8 at 12:02 p.m. when Billie Sneeden struck a safety pole while backing out of a parking spac. Damage to the driver’s side rear end was caused.
    An accident occured on August 13 at 5:18 p.m. when Stephen Spears’ brakes failed, casuing him to rear end Karen Gutmann’s vehicle; causing damage to the rear.
    An accident occured on August 3 at 6:20 p.m. when Lori Campbell lost control of the vehicle and drove through a fence and into a group of parked cars.
    Warrants
    A warrant is out for the arrest of Brandon Parreont, 31, for failure to show to court under the charges of driving on a suspended license. The amount of bail is put at $3,000.
    A warrant is out for the arrest of James Dillow, 47, for failure to appear in court under the charges of theft. The amount of bail is set at $5,000.
