Beardstown Police
    On May 2, a minor two-vehicle accident occurred in the old high school parking lot when a vehicle driven by a male juvenile of Beardstown backed into a vehicle owned by Steve Patterson of Beardstown.
    On May 4 at 5:16 p.m. William Perry, 36, of Beardstown was picked up on a Cass County warrant for driving while license revoked. Perry posted bond and was released.
    On May 4 at 5:16 p.m. Michael H. Gonzalez, 21, of Beardstown was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and given notice to appear.
    On May 4 at 3:30 p.m. William R. DeSollar III, 45, of Beardstown was ticketed for battery and given notice to appear.
    On May 5 at 8:02 p.m. a minor two-vehicle accident occurred when a vehicle driven by Michael R. Mullen, Jr. of Beardstown backed into the vehicle of Teresa J. Rayborn of Beardstown in the Tyson’s Drive-In parking lot.
    On May 5 at 11:08 a.m. Dibbie J. Herter, 39, of Beardstown was ticketed for theft over $500 and was lodged in Schuyler County Jail.
    On May 6 at 8:04 a.m. a two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Adams and 12th Streets when a vehicle driven by Lauralie A. Gillikin, 24, of Beardstown struck a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Beardstown resident.
    On May 6 at 11:05 a.m. in West Central Bank’s parking lot, a minor two-vehicle accident occurred when a vehicle driven by Issa Maguy Djamila, 36, of Beardstown struck a parked vehicle belonging to Mayme Swingle of Beardstown.
    On May 8 at 12:41 a.m. Cesar D. Reyes-Gonzales, 19, of Beardstown was ticketed for lack of valid driver’s license, posted bond, and was released.
    On May 9 at 1:39 a.m., Lamont C. Williams, Jr., 26, of Beardstown was ticketed for pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs and threatening a public official and was lodged in Schuyler County Jail.
    On May 9 at 12:06 p.m. Teasia Clancy, 39, of Beardstown was ticketed for battery and lodged in Schuyler County Jail.
    On May 10 at 12:42 a.m. Tyler J. Smedly, 31, of Beardstown was picked up on an Adams County warrant for retail theft. Smedly was lodged in Schuyler County Jail.
Cass County Sheriff
    Joseph D. Devore, 28, of Beardstown was cited for battery on May 7.
    Tammy L. Wood-Mudd, 42, of Alton, was cited for disobeying a stop sign, illegal transportation of alcohol, and driving under the influence on May 2.
