Beardstown Police
    Warrants
    A warrant was received on Feb. 25 for Jesly P. Rosalez-Alvarenga, 28, on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to obey a stop sign.
    Battery
    Calla D. Bennett, 21, of Rushville was cited for battery on Feb. 4 at 5:27 a.m. and given notice to appear in court March 30.
    Traffic
    Carlos Rodriguez-Blanco, 50, of Beardstown was cited for speeding on Feb. 23 at 9:01 p.m.
    Jose Montoya-Ibarra, 18, of Beardstown was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and given notice to appear in court March 3.
    Katie N. Baldwin, 28, of Beardstown was cited for expired registration on Feb. 28 at 4:07 p.m.
    James R. Wilt, 26, of Beardstown was cited for operating a vehicle with suspended registration on Feb. 14 at 3:50 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 10.
    Patrick E. Bell, 51, of Virginia was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle on Feb. 27 at 8:11 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 24.
    Estella Favela, 29, of Beardstown was cited for driving under the influence, improper lane usage, and failure to signal turn on Feb. 22 at 12:54 p.m. and given notice to appear in court April 4.
    Joseph O. Okumba, 29, of Springfield was cited for driving too fast for conditions on Feb. 26 at 5:36 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 10.
    Ryan J. Miller, 21, of Beardstown was cited for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, and operating a vehicle without registration on Feb. 28 at 3:19 a.m. and given notice to appear in court March 2.
    Christian M. McCombs, 21, of Virginia was cited for driving under the influence, aggravated DUI, operating a vehicle with expired registration, driving while license suspended, and failure to dim headlights on March 1 at 11:24 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 24.
    Traffic
    An accident occurred on Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Heritier Odinga Wambamba of Rushville struck a tree. No injuries were reported.
    An accident occurred on Feb. 20 between 6 - 7:30 p.m. when a parked vehicle in the Family Video parking lot was struck by an unknown vehicle.
Cass County Sheriff
    Juan Lucio Perez-Gonzalez, 55, was cited for lack of valid driver’s license on Feb. 25.
    Shane Duane Hall, 23, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle on Feb. 13.
    Ryne T. Goodrich, 33, was cited for failure to reduce speed and driving under the influence on Feb. 22.
    Arturo Ramirez, Jr., 18, was cited for failure to reduce speed and improper lane usage on Feb. 25.
