A warrant was served March 12 for Jonathan M. Treadway, 31, on a charge of failure to appear on charges of domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On March 11 at 7:15 p.m., a 17-year-old Beardstown resident was cited for aggravated assault, Moises B. Guerra, 18, of Beardstown was cited for aggravated battery, and Jerry D. Sanders, 28, of Beardstown was cited for battery. The 17-year-old resident and Guerra were given notice to appear in court April 20, while Sanders was given notice to appear April 27.
On March 14 at 4:09 a.m., Derek A. Mitchell and Lamont C. Williams, Jr. were cited for criminal trespass to residence. Williams was additionally cited for home invasion and criminal damage to property. Mitchell and Williams were held at Schuyler County Jail and given notice to appear in court April 13.
Salvador Sabino-Sanchez, 45, of Jacksonville was cited for leaving the scene of an accident, lack of valid driver’s license, and obstructing justice on March 15 at 2:15 a.m. Sabino-Sanchez was held at Schuyler County Jail and given notice to appear in court April 13.
Terry L. Alloway of Beardstown was cited for an illegally parked vehicle and excessive dog barking on Feb. 24 at 2:31 p.m. Alloway was fined $50 for the vehicle and $35 for the excessive barking.
Yasiel R. Pereira, 59, of Beardstown was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle on March 10 at 1:32 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 24.
Josie A. Valdez, 18, was cited for operating a vehicle with expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle on March 15 at 10:47 p.m. and given notice to appear in court April 14.

Kory Cook, 20, of Browning died March 10 at 2:50 p.m. Schuyler County Coroner Terry Millslagle ruled the death as accidental, caused by the accidental discharge of a firearm.
