Beardstown Police News
Three Beardstown men were arrested Aug. 31 on charges of home invasion and mob action following an incident that occurred at approximately 1:13 A.M.
Orvialina Montero, 55, Orlando Montero-Hernandez, 34, and Kenneth J. Montero-Rosada, 26, all of the 1400 block of E 6th Street, were each charged with home invasion and mob action. All three men were lodged in the Schuyler County jail.
No further information was available regarding the incident which remains under investigation by the Beardstown Police Department.
Ambriox Ferrero Valdez, 39 of Beardstown, was cited Aug. 8 for theft of water services and was given notice to appear in court.
George H. Surratt, 29, of Beardstown was ticketed Aug 31, for driving while license was suspended or revoked. He posted bond to the charge and was released.
Roger F. Edwards, 50, of Beardstown, was charged with residential burglary Aug. 27, and given notice to appear in court.
James P. McCormick, 46, of Beardstown was cited Aug. 27 for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger. He was given notice to appear in court and was released.
Daysni L. Pineiro Leyva, 18, was cited for passing a stopped school bus (loading or unloading) and disobeying a crossing guard. She was given notice to appear in court and was released.
Brian Guadalupe Rivera was taken into custody Aug 24, on a Cass County warrant charging him with disregarding a stop sign, improper operation of a motorcycle, and operating an uninsured vehicle. He posted bond to the charges and was released.
Adalberto Garcia was taken into custody on a Brown County warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He posted bond to the charge and was released.
