It’s amazing how life can change in such a short time. Last week I wrote about getting a dent in my car fixed and this week I’m writing about a dent in my heart.
Both the middle school and high school cross country teams for Beardstown started their seasons last week with each competing on the road in one meet.
Two wins against one loss last week has lifted the A-C Central Lady Knight softball team to a winning record as they improved to 7-6 for the season. The Lady Knights fell to Athens 19 to 3, then came back to beat Illini Central 14 to 0 and North Greene 10 to 6.
