Shirley Cockerill Phillips, 81, of Rushville passed away at 1:40 a.m. Friday, July 20, at Heritage Manor South in Beardstown.
Services were held Wednesday, July 25, at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville. Private interment will be in the Green Cemetery near Bluffs at a later date.
