The various wonders of cilantro

    Well, I wasn't completely correct about the weather, but then again I don't get paid to predict either. I guess we'll just put up with what comes before Spring.
    I have had to order another tank of propane to keep the greenhouse warm and that affects the bottom line. It can't be helped. We could have been in a much worse weather pattern like the East was.
    I was reading one of my farm magazines and saw this article about cilantro. Cilantro grew wild across southern Europe and eastern Asia and has been eaten for thousands of years.
