    Warrants
    A warrant for a 16-year-old Beardstown resident was served Feb. 11 on a charge of petition to revoke probation for possession of meth.
    Firearms
    Kaleb O. Miller, 18, of Rushville was cited for unlawful possession of a firearm on Feb. 10 at 1:40 a.m. Miller was held in Schuyler County Jail and given notice to appear in court March 9.
    Battery
    Joshwa Reed Surratt, 34, of Beardstown was cited for battery on Feb. 22 at 6:30 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 16.
    Sherry A. Atriano, 31, of Beardstown was cited for domestic battery on Feb. 21 at 11:02 a.m. Atriano was held in Morgan County Jail and given notice to appear in court March 23.
    Miguel Juan Escobar-Ramos, 50, of Beardstown was cited for domestic battery and aggravated assault on Feb. 12 at 9:52 p.m. Escobar-Ramos was held in Schuyler County Jail and given notice to appear in court March 2.
    Traffic
    Robin N. Brown, 31, of Beardstown was cited for lack of valid driver’s license on Feb. 17 at 10:21 a.m. and given notice to appear in court March 10.
    A 16-year-old Beardstown resident was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle on Feb. 14 at 12:37 a.m. and given notice to appear in court March 10.
    Heather L. Marconi, 35, of Macomb was cited for driving under the influence and driving in the wrong lane Feb. 7 at 12:27 a.m. and given notice to appear in court Feb. 24.
    A 17-year-old Beardstown resident was cited for following too closely on Feb. 13 at 3:30 p.m.
    Haley M. Canada, 19, of Beardstown was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle on Feb. 12 at 5:09 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 10.
    Jorge Martinez Diaz, Jr., 32, of Beardstown was cited for driving under the influence, disobeying a stop sign, improper lane usage, and fleeing a police officer on Jan. 25 at 1:18 a.m. and given notice to appear in court Feb. 21.
    Christopher S. Evans, 30, of Virginia was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle on Feb. 12 at 3:52 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 31.
    Michael W. Henderson, 22, of Beardstown was cited for lack of valid driver’s license on Feb. 19 at 4:15 p.m. and given notice to appear in court March 10.
    Martin Munoz-Cedeno, 31, of Beardstown was cited for lack of valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle on Feb. 22 at 12:58 a.m. and given notice to appear in court March 10.
    Accidents
    An accident occurred on Feb. 9 at 8:12 p.m. when Thomas C. Bollhorst, 78, of Beardstown struck an automated kiosk at the Super Wash. Bollhorst was cited for failure to give information after striking property and given notice to appear in court Feb. 24.
    An accident occurred on Feb. 22 at 10:02 a.m. when a vehicle driven by Jeffery Lee Kuhn, 56, of Beardstown lost control and went off the left side of the road, striking a pole. Kuhn denied EMS.
    An accident occurred on Feb. 20 at 4:18 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Nicole L. Wiltfong, 24, of Beardstown struck a vehicle driven by Dede Ajavon Akouele, 21, of Beardstown. Both drivers refused EMS. Wiltfong was cited for following too closely.
    An accident occurred on Feb. 14 at 1:43 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Jane E. Fawcett, 75, of Beardstown pulled into an intersection ahead of a vehicle driven by Bennie Graham, 57, of Fairview Heights. Graham avoided hitting Fawcett’s vehicle directly, striking only the rear passenger side.
    An accident occurred on Feb. 17 at 2:04 a.m. when a vehicle driven by Cassandra K. McMurl stopped at a stop sign and was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Beardstown resident.
Cass County Court
    Adell J. Claybrook III, 32, of Beardstown pled guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 24 months probation and 123 days in jail. He was ordered to pay $2,132 in fines and court costs and $4,309 was forfeited to the Beardstown Police Department.
    Joseph T. Cooper, 25, of Beardstown pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was placed on 24 months Second Chance probation and ordered to pay $500 in fines and court costs.
    Derrick D. Johnson-Dorsey, 23, of Beardstown appeared in court on various drug-related charges and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb.19.
    Cameron J. McLaughlin, 23, of Chandlerville pled guilty to possession of less than 5 grams of meth and a sentencing hearing was scheduled for March 16.
    Tamara J. Beasley, 42, of Mt. Sterling pled guilty to possession of cannabis and was ordered to pay $300 in fines and court costs.
    Danny D. Cleer, 55, of Meredosia pled guilty to less than 5 grams of meth and was sentenced to 30 months probation, 11 days in jail and ordered to pay $750 in fines and court costs.
    Jaron M. Mathena, 19, of Beardstown pled guilty to possession of a stolen firearm and was sentenced to 36 months probation, 90 days in jail and was ordered to pay court costs.
    Megan L. Plunkett, 33, of Virginia pled guilty to retail theft and a sentencing hearing was scheduled for March 16.
    Willis M. Bigham, 28, of Beardstown, entered an open plea of guilty to aggravated battery (Class 1 Felony) and sentencing was scheduled for March 16. He also entered an open plea of guilty to burglary.
    Diamond D. Clark, 22, of Rushville, appeared in court on two aggravated battery of a peace officer charges and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 23.
    Christopher E. Davis, 36, of Litchfield, appeared in court on a violation of an order of protection charge and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 26.
    Elizabeth P. Dotzert, 28, of Beardstown, appeared in court on three aggravated battery of a peace officer charges and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 23.
    Lexi C. Glover, 18, of Ashland, appeared in court on an aggravated battery of a peace officer charge and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 23.
    Dylan M. Kinkead, 22, of Beardstown, pled guilty to theft under $500 and was sentenced to 24 months probation and 364 days in jail. He also pled guilty to two counts of criminal trespass and was ordered to pay court costs. The sentence will be served concurrently.
    Jose Uriel Reyes-Mata, 35, of Beardstown, pled guilty to no valid drivers license and was fined $145. He also pled guilty to speeding and was fined $115.
