    Violations
    Horacio A. Gomez, 35, of Beardstown was charged with driving without a valid license on September 23 at 7:46 p.m. Gomez was given a notice to appear in court on October 25.
    Juan W. Hernandez, 35, of Chicago was charged with driving with a suspended license on September 27 at 6:45 p.m. Hernandez was given a notice to appear in court on October 25.
    Daniel F. Zacheis, 32, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident on October 15 at 7:45 p.m. Zacheis was given a notice to appear in court on November 8.
    Theft
    Shaun P. Glover, 19, of Beardstown was charged with theft on October 11 at 3:41 p.m. Glover was given a notice to appear in court on November 7.
    Drugs
    Brandon Haulder, 33, of Astoria was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle, not having a valid license, and possession of drug paraphernalia on September 24 at 9:47 p.m. Haulder was given a notice to appear in court on October 18.
    Accidents
    An accident occurred on October 4 at 3:05 p.m. when Harvey J. Spears attempted to pass through an alley, and caught the top of their vehicle on a gutter. The vehicle suffered slight damage, as well as the building’s gutter.
    An accident occurred on October 17 at 9:10 a.m. when Mitchell D. Smith backed into the vehicle of Nicholas A. Stanton unknowingly.
    An accident occurred on October 17 at 4:03 p.m. when the passenger side door of Benjamin Madooulmata’s vehicle struck the side of another parked vehicle owned by Allen Wright. Both vehicles suffered slight damages.
    An accident occurred on October 1 at 7:27 p.m. when Katelyn M. Ellis struck a parked vehicle owned by Adam J. Davidson while attempting to park, herself.
