A message of support for John Curtis

    Four generations back, in the 1830s, six branches of my family came to Illinois seeking new lives. They helped develop the little towns of Vermont and Astoria, and they prospered because of their hard work and their love for their land, animals, and communities. They were simple people who came to town on Saturday night. They were involved in local politics, lived by their ideals, and fought in our wars.
