    Violations
    Jason Castro, 30, of Beardstown was charged with driving while license was revoked, as well as driving an uninsured vehicle on September 26 at 6:57 p.m. Castro was given a notice to appear in court on October 28.
    Jason W. Cluney, 43, of Beardstown was charged with obstruction and resistance on September 23 at 8:38 p.m. Cluney was given a notice to appear in court on October 24.
    Brian L. Richardson, 42, of Beardstown was charged with violating an order of protection on September 25 at 6:12 p.m. Richardson was given a notice to appear in court on October 24.
    Property
    Vance J. Ritchey, 26, of Camden was charged with resisting a peace officer, unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe, and criminal trespassing on September 21 at 3:57 a.m. Ritchey was given a notice to appear in court on October 24.
    Possession
    Anthony H. Fox, 57, of Beardstown was charged with possession of Methamphetamine on September 23 at 1:27 a.m. Fox was given a notice to appear in court on October 10.
    Battery
    Jennifer L. Massey, 20, of Beardstown was charged with disorderly conduct, and battery on September 20 at 2:33 p.m. Massey was given a notice to appear in court on October 17.
    John D. Spears, 44, of Beardstown was charged with domestic battery on September 20 at 10:40 p.m. Spears was given a notice to appear in court on October 17.
    Accidents
    An accident occurred on September 15 at 3:31 p.m., when Brittnee J. Brown struck the open door of Mary J. Magee’s vehicle while trying to pull into a parking space. Significant damage was done to Magee’s vehicle, with slight damage done to Brown’s.
