Beardstown Police
    Disorderly Conduct
    Jennifer L. Massey, 20, of Beardstown was cited for breach of peace on June 17 at 12:20 p.m. Massey was given notice to appear  in court on July 11.
    Maria Del Carmen Pulido Salomo, 51, of Beardstown was cited for obstructing justice on May 26 at 5:23 p.m.
    Battery
    Brian Guadalupe-Rivera, 21, of Beardstown was cited for domestic battery on June 14 at 7:20 p.m. Rivera was given notice to appear in court on July 11.
    Justin D. Shults, 24, of Beardstown was cited for battery on June 8 at 9:30 p.m. Shults was given notice to appear in court on July 18.
    Theft
    Steven D. Quinter, 44, of Beardstown was cited for theft on June 18 at 7:05 p.m. Quinter was given a notice to appear in court on July 11.
    Traffic
    Maria Reyna Victoria Garcia, 53, of Beardstown was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle on June 20 at 11:08 a.m. Garcia was given a notice to appear in court on July 26.
    Maria Herrador De Lucha, 41, of Beardstown was cited for failure to yield/stop at an intersection on June 18.
    Pedro Camerino Lopez Parra, 55, of Beardstown was cited for not having a valid driver’s license on June 19 at 5:25 p.m. Parra was given a notice to appear in court on July 26.
    Accidents
    An incident occurred on June 19 at 2:18 p.m. when Luis Enrique Herrera Carnero backed his vehicle into Maria Delores Arroyo Carrillo, who was stopped behind Carnero. Damage was done to both vehicles.
    An incident occurred on June 19 at 3:25 p.m. when Pedro Camerino Lopez Parra drove into the north side of the Subway building; causing damage to the building.
    An incident occurred on June 15 at 12:36 p.m. when Saint Nonnat Divaresse Messengo’s parked vehicle was struck on the side during the night.
    An incident occurred on June 13 at 5:15 a.m. when Carolyn Walker McCrary  struck a deer; causing damage to the front end of the vehicle.
    Warrants
    A warrant was served for Charles L. Story, 34. Story was cited for residential burglary and theft on June 20.
