Triopia School Board handles budget issues

A budget hearing was held prior to the July school board meeting of the Triopia School Board. The hearing was to amend the fiscal 2018 budget. Hearing no objections, the budget passed.

In the building committee report, it was noted Liberty Mutual Insurance will reimburse the district over $19,000 in claims from January for the HVAC system.

The district has entered into a new 5-year copier contract with CDS systems. This will save the district over $4,000 annually by reducing the number of copiers from five to four.
