Tom Prather of Petefish, Skiles, & Co. retires
Tom Prather, a fixture in the area banking community for over 32 years, will retire as President of Petefish, Skiles & Co. on March 5. Prather joined the staff on July 5, 1983. He has served as President and CEO for the past eight years, during which time he was responsible for the bank’s lending function and general overall management.
Prather, whose great-great-grandfather Samuel Petefish was a founding father of the bank, will remain as a part-time presence in the bank as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Tom will help transition the organization’s new President and CEO, Paul Reynolds, when he steps into the role in March. Reynolds joined Petefish, Skiles & Co. as part of its management team in 2002. As current Senior Vice President, he is a veteran in the banking industry. Paul graduated in 2013 from the Graduate Banking School in Madison, Wis.
