School officials praise Virginia police chief

In a letter received by members of the Virginia City Council, Virginia High School Principal Aaron Llewellyn had high words of praise for Virginia Police Chief Ron Boris and his department.
“I can attest to the unbelievable amount of support that Chief Ron Boris has provided us in terms of assistance dealing with students and mediating parent issues,” Llewellyn wrote.
The principal noted “there have been dozens of instance where communication from the Virginia Police Dept. has prevented altercations and issues that otherwise would have certainly resulted in offenses that would have carried charges.”
