Running the race

1 Corinthians 9:24-25 - Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize.
Running of all kinds, whether jogging or doing marathons, reminds me of the Christian life; it might hurt, but you have to keep on running. Some days in the Christian life you might feel discouraged and like you have let God down. Because of this you might even feel like quitting the race.
