Memories of Dr. Dohner

Dr. Russell Dohner was a local fixture for decades. His niece, Ramona Cook, is creating a book of reminiscences, including photos and short stories, and she would like to hear from local citizens.
Ramona would like to have the book completed by next spring and will make it available for purchase to the public. Additionally, she is considering a full-length book for publication about Dr. Dohner. Ramona has stated that, “At his visitation, I heard the most wonderful stories from people about how dedicated my uncle was and how he saved their life or that of their loved one. I wish I could have captured them then. This is the next best thing.”

“Jesus did not simply die to save us from our sins; Jesus lived to save us from our sins. His life and teaching show us the way to liberation.” (Rachel Held Evans, Inspired, p. 155)
