Chapin Village Board hires officer, receives sewer project update

Former Chapin resident and Triopia graduate Jordan Post has been hired as a police officer by the village of Chapin.
    Post who is employed full-time as a deputy with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office will work part-time in Chapin. He was sworn in at the February board meeting. It was reported that the Chapin department was on duty 43 hours in January.
