Bluffs Village Board News

The water tower in Bluffs has been a topic of concern for many years and the current village board is now dealing with the decaying condition of the 86-year-old structure. Trustees sought a feasibility study from the engineering firm Benton and associates.  Projected constructions costs are estimated at $960,000 for the 150,000 gallon tank. Additional legal fees and permitting will bring the total cost of the project to over 1.3 million dollars.
