Michael A. LaMaster, 46, of Beardstown died Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at his home.
    He was born June 15, 1973, in Jacksonville, the son of William Harold, Sr. and Linda Boyd LaMaster. He married Dawn Nash and she preceded him in death on Dec. 27, 2017.
    He is survived by his son, Antonio (Lacey) Montoya of Lyons, GA; two grandchildren, Lillie Belle Dawn Montoya and Maxwell Montoya, both of Lyons; four brothers, Mike (Teresa) Edge of Bloomington, Bill (Tina) LaMaster of Beardstown, John LaMaster of Herrin and Lonnie (Melinda) LaMaster of Meredosia; two sisters, Amanda (Greg Davis) LaMaster of Rushville and Rhonda (Morris) Dobrovolny of Beardstown; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Lori Boyd and Tim Atwood.
    Michael was employed in various laborer jobs throughout his life. He enjoyed fishing and loved all animals, especially reptiles.
    Cremation will be accorded. Burial will be held at a later date at the Ripley Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Cass-Schuyler Area Hospice.
