Mary Burton, age 69, of Beardstown, Il. died early Tuesday morning, November 2, 2021, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville, Il.

She was born August 7, 1952 in Santa Barbara, Ca. daughter of the late Clarence and Helen Mercer McMurl.

Surviving are her children, Robert McMurl, Randall Stone, Jamie (Joshua) Dennis, and Carey Vaughn; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Cathy Pratt, Frank McMurl, and Theresa Parga; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Buddy McMurl, Richard McMurl, and Janet McMurl.

Mary loved riding motorcycles, fishing, hunting and spending time with her family. She was an avid pool player.
