Local author reads her book for story time

Local author Lexi Desollar recently stopped by the Beardstown Houston Memorial Library to read to its storytime group. She read the book “The Whale and the Star,” which she authored. She now lives in Massachusetts but grew up in Beardstown and graduated from Beardstown High School. She is the daughter of JJ and Dawn DeSollar of Beardstown.
