Wendell Minor illustrates America

    Some consider illustration as an inferior art form. Phooey! It is the art of the people, an art form that touches us in ways no other art form can hope to achieve.
    It is no exaggeration to assert that Illinois native Wendell Minor is America’s greatest living illustrator. Perhaps you are not familiar with his name, but you have likely seen many of his masterful illustrations. After all, Minor has illustrated everything from children’s books to the latest work from Pulitzer Prize winning historian David McCullough (“The Wright Brothers”).
