Jeffrey Lee Hagen, 59, Virginia, died peacefully on December 23, 2022 at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

He was born September 18,1963 to Lee and Shirley (Brandt) Hagen.

Jeff graduated from Virginia High School and immediately from there went to work with his father, Lee, at Lee Hagen Plumbing and Heating. This experience taught him to fix just about anything and that he did. After his father passed away, Jeff continued his handyman work for years to follow.

He was an avid hunter and NASCAR fan, especially the BRANDT Team. Jeff also loved taking care of his many cats; he could never turn one away. He also enjoyed B-B-Qing for and with his friends. He would always be found in his garage working on one project or another. Mostly, Jeff loved spending time in Arizona with his two nephews; Jacob and Zachary.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Hagen.

Those left to honor his memory are his mother, Shirley (Brandt) Hagen of Pleasant Plains; sister, Stacey (husband, Jim) Kress; nephews, Jacob and Zachary; aunt, Evelyn Brandt Thomas; aunt, Gayle Reiser; as well as many beloved cousins and friends.

Cremation Services are being accorded through Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
