James “Jimmy” Scott Pratt, 50, of Chandlerville died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, in Chandlerville.
    He was born Oct. 12, 1970, in Beardstown, the son of Donald Scott Pratt and Nancy Duckwiler.
    He is survived by his children, Kaitlynn (Ross Lenover) Gebhardt of Rushville, Jake Pratt of Bath, Emily Pratt of Virginia, Hoyt Pratt of Petersburg, Luke, Samantha and Christina Kling; two grandchildren, Harper Lenover and Daxton Passmore; two brothers, Danny Lee Pratt of Havana and Terry Pratt of Beardstown; and his significant other, Lisa Kennedy of Chandlerville. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Doug Pratt.
    Mr. Pratt was a 1988 graduate of Beardstown High School. He worked as a logger for Pratt Logging, Snyder Logging and Bartel Logging. Jimmy was  recently employed by Hodgson Lumber in Kilbourne. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved spending time with his kids and two labs, Wrigley and Willow.
    A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, at Oakford Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family, c/o Sager Funeral Home, 202 E. 8th Street, Beardstown, IL  62618.
