    Have a heart! Here are five diet rules to help you have a healthy heart.
    You need to eat 30 grams of fiber a day, and you can lose as much weight as being on a low-calorie diet. So have some fiber-rich foods, such as raspberries, broccoli, and lentils.
    Skip those sugary sips. If you have Type 2 diabetes, skip your daily soft drinks for water, and unsweetened coffee or tea. They tried this in Britain and dropped 14 to 25 percent risk of diabetes. Water doesn’t have to be boring, add an infusion of cucumber, mint, or switch to seltzer with lemon.
