Dealing with rain and beetles

    Well, I had to come in, it started raining. That’s a good thing for now, means I won’t have to water the garden.
    I was trimming old canes out of the blackberries, but had to dodge the poison ivy and the iridescent beetles. They are bad this year. They’re on my blueberries, blackberries and fruit trees. I went to the hardware store to get the bags and attractant to get the beetles but they were out. They said they would have it Wednesday but they could be pretty well eaten by then.
