Fall gardening class set for Aug. 12

Gardening is not just for the spring and summer.  Even though the days may be getting shorter and cooler, that doesn’t mean you have to stop gardening in the fall.  In fact, there are a wide variety of activities that can be done in the fall to keep your garden going as well as getting your garden ready for the following spring.
University of Illinois Extension will be hosting a free Fall Gardening class on Wednesday, Aug. 12, from 6 to 7 p.m. in Jacksonville.
