Stacey A. Coil, 49, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of Allowing Open Burning. Coil was fined in the amount of $300 plus costs for a total of $652 and granted time to pay.
William R. DeSollar III, 45, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of Battery. DeSollar was placed on six months court supervision, fined in the amount of $200 plus costs for a total of $672, and granted time to pay.
Jeremy D. Liggett, 28, of Springfield pleaded guilty to the charge of Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle. Liggett was placed on 12 months probation, sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 10 days served, fined in the amount of $200 plus costs for a total of $822, and granted time to pay. Liggett's remaining jail time was stayed until further review.
Dibbie J. Herter, 39, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of Theft Over $500 But Less Than $10,000. Herter was placed on 24 months second chance probation, ordered to pay all court costs which total $1,971, and granted time to pay.
