Cass County Court
    Patricia K. Lopez, 46, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal trespass to land. Lopez was fined $500 plus costs for a total of $907 and granted time to pay.
    Sherry A. Atriano, 32, of Beardstown plead guilty to charges of methamphetamine related child endangerment, use of property for methamphetamine production, methamphetamine manufacturing less than 15 grams, and disposal of methamphetamine manufacturing material. Atriano was sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with two years mandatory supervised release, ordered to pay all court costs, and granted time to pay on counts 1, 2, and 4; and sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with two years mandatory supervised release, given credit for 50 days served, ordered to pay all court costs, and granted time to pay on count 3. Atriano's total court costs are $8,062.
    Terri J. Bennett, 41, of Rushville pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated DUI while license was suspended or revoked. Bennett was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 17 days in jail with credit for 17 days served, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $3,424, and granted time to pay.
    Derrick D. Johnson-Dorsey, 23, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of cocaine more than 15 but less than 100 grams and possession of a controlled substance. Johnson-Dorsey was sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with two years mandatory supervised release and a recommendation to boot camp, given credit for 132 days served, ordered to pay all court costs, and granted time to pay on the possession of cocaine charge; and placed on 30 months probation which will begin upon the defendant's release from the Illinois Department of Corrections, sentenced to 132 days jail with credit for 132 days served, ordered to pay all court costs, and granted time to pay on the possession of a controlled substance charge. Johnson-Dorsey's total court costs are $4,932.
    Christopher A. Self, 25, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charges of obstructing justice/destroying evidence and give/sell liquor to a minor. Self was sentenced to 18 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections with one year mandatory supervised release, given credit for 29 days served, ordered to pay all court costs which total $523, and granted time to pay on the obstructing justice/destroying evidence charge. He was sentenced to 29 days in jail with credit for 29 days served, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $948, and granted time to pay on the give/sell liquor to a minor.
    John C. O'Donnell, 18, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charges of criminal damage to government property under $500 and battery. O'Donnell was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 15 days served, ordered to pay all court costs which total $1,277, and granted time to pay.
