Cass County Court
    Kaleigh L. Brutlag, 27, of Springfield plead guilty to an amended charge of battery. Brutlag was placed on 12 months court supervision and fined in the amount of $300 plus costs for a total of $802.
    Brian E. Friday, 33, of Springfield plead guilty to an amended charge of battery. Friday was sentenced to three days jail with credit for three days served, fined in the amount of $300 plus costs for a total of $682.
    Aldo Marichal-Pedraja, 47, of Beardstown plead guilty to a charge of aggravated battery of a peace officer. Marichal-Pedraja was placed on 30 months probation, sentenced to 90 days jail with credit for 22 days served, remaining jail time stayed until further review, ordered to attend anger management and fined $300 plus costs for a total of $1,772.
    Terry L. Cooper, 67, of Arenzville plead guilty to a charge of production of 5 – 20 cannabis plants. Cooper was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to two days jail with credit for two days served and fined $1,000 plus costs with a total of $3,632.
    Moises B. Guerra, 18, of Beardstown plead guilty to charges of aggravated battery in a public place and possession of a stolen firearm. Guerra was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 36 days served, remaining jail time is stayed until further review and ordered to pay all court costs which total $642 on the aggravated battery charge. Guerra was placed on 30 months probation, sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 36 days served, remaining jail time stayed until further review and ordered to pay all court costs which total $1,142 on the possession of a stolen firearm charge.
    Dylan A. Logsdon, 23, of Beardstown plead guilty to charges of resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct. Logsdon was sentenced to six days jail with credit for six days served and fined in the amount of $200 plus costs with a total of $627.
    Christopher L. Stoneking, 42, of Beardstown plead guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Stoneking was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to 90 days jail with credit for two days served, remaining jail time is stayed until further review and fined in the amount of $500 plus costs with a total of $2,852.
    Brian K. Harbin, 56, of Beardstown plead guilty to the charges of possession of a firearm without a valid firearm owner's identification and violation of an order of protection. Harbin was placed on 12 months probation, sentenced to 364 days in jail, said jail time stayed until further review and ordered pay all court costs which total $1,154.
Schuyler County Court
    State’s Attorney Ramon M. Escapa reports the following action was taken in the Schuyler County Circuit Court before Judge Scott J. Butler:
    Robin Johnson, 34, of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to deceptive practice, was ordered to pay fines and costs of $718 and restitution totaling $40.
    Terry L. Baker II, 22, of Frederick entered a plea of guilty to possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, was sentenced to 4 years Department of Corrections plus 2 years mandatory supervised release and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $3,967; Baker entered a plea of guilty to driving on suspended license, was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $617.
    Eleazar Corpus, 25, of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to no valid driver’s license, was placed on 12 months supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $652.
    Anthony R. Ehrgott, 55, of Astoria entered a plea of of guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, was placed on 12 months supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $1,722.
    Aaron R. Winner of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to speeding, placed on 60 days supervision, fined $240.
    Rochelle L. Briney of Browning entered a plea of guilty to speeding, placed on 60 days supervision, fined $240.
    Kyle Harris of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to failure to reduce speed, placed on 60 days supervision, fined $190.
    Jennifer L. Hogan, 37, of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to driving on suspended license, was placed on 12 months supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $977.
    Sherri Nordsiek, 42, of Arenzville entered a plea of guilty to deceptive practice, was placed on 12 months supervision, ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $963 and restitution in the amount of $50.99.
    Following the admission of a petition to revoke supervision for the offense of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, Lucas A. Swan, 22, of Beardstown had his supervision revoked, was terminated unsuccessful and re-sentenced to 30 days jail and ordered to pay all fines and costs as previously ordered.
    David L. Behymer of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to speeding, was placed on 60 days supervision, fined $240.
    Robert J. Jones of Beardstown entered a plea of guilty to operating an uninsured motor vehicle, was placed on 90 days supervision, fined $290; he entered a plea of guilty to speeding and was fined $120.
    Christopher N.R. Martinez of Beardstown entered a plea of guilty to speeding and was fined $120.
