Cass Co. Circuit Court
    Travis L. Wrobleski, 34, of Beardstown appeared in court on various aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and criminal trespass charges. The previous court orders were vacated and he was placed on 48 months probation and was released from the Department of Corrections on Feb. 26.
    John W. Beatty II, 34, of Beardstown pled guilty to illegal possession of meth and sentencing was scheduled for April 30.
    Luis E. Mangual Reveron, 28, of Beardstown pled guilty to aggravated DUI. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, 60 days in jail and was fined $500 plus court costs.
    Paul G. Rodriguez-Cabrera, 32, of Beardstown was sentenced to 12 months probation, fined $300 plus court costs and ordered to pay $146.76 in restitution for a charge of criminal damage to property less than $300.

Schuyler Co. Court
    Schuyler Couty State’s Attorney Ramon M. Escapa reported the following action was taken in the Schuyler County Circuit Court before Judge Chet W. Vahle:
    Richard F. Demick, 44, of Rushville, entered a plea of guilty to official misconduct, was sentenced to 180 days jail, placed on 30 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $5,593.
    The following action was taken in the Schuyler County Circuit Court before Judge Scott J. Butler:
    Angelique M. Dinaro, 35, entered a plea of guilty to operating an uninsured motor vehicle, fined $501; entered a plea of guilty to driving on suspended license, ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $827.
    Mathew Z. May, 22, entered a plea of guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 120 days jail, placed on 30 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $4,753.
    Amos W. Scohy, 57, of Rushville, entered a plea of guilty to violation of order of protection, was sentenced to 180 days jail and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $2,002.
    Robert A. Charles, 18, of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor, was placed on 18 months supervision, ordered to perform 25 hours of community work service and pay fines and costs totaling $2,387.
    Jeffery D. Shults, 48, of Rushville, entered a plea of guilty to domestic battery, was sentenced to 60 days jail and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $1,322.
    Russel R. Smith, Jr., 28, of Meredosia entered a plea of guilty to aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, was sentenced to 180 days jail, placed on 48 months probation, ordered to obtain an alcohol evaluation and successfully complete any recommended treatment, shall not consume any alcohol during his term of probation and pay fines and costs totaling $6,860.
    Colton L. Westlake, 19, of Pleasant Plains, entered a plea of guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, was placed on 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $2,852.
    Christina M. Owens, 31, of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and criminal damage to government supported property, was sentenced to 180 days jail, ordered to obtain an alcohol evaluation and successfully complete any recommended treatment, pay fines and costs totaling $4,934 and restitution in the amount of $1,707.02; entered a guilty plea to driving while license suspended, was sentenced 60 days jail and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $907; entered a plea of guilty to operating an uninsured motor vehicle, fined $501.
    Denver Jo Crenshaw of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to operating an uninsured motor vehicle, was placed on 90 days supervision, fined $290.
    Luke C. Lewis of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to operating an uninsured motor vehicle, was placed on 90 days supervision, fined $290.
    Stephanie L. Mangold of Frederick entered a plea of guilty to operating an uninsured motor vehicle, fined $501; entered a plea of guilty to speeding, fined $120.
    Peyton E. Taylor of Beardstown entered a plea of guilty to speeding, was placed on 60 days supervision, fined $240 and must successfully complete traffic safety school.
    Austin Trone of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to speeding, was placed on 60 days supervision, fined $240 and must successfully complete traffic safety school.
    Lucas Utter of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to speeding, was placed on 60 days supervision, fined $240.
    Shanna S. Smith of Mt. Sterling entered a plea of guilty to speeding, was placed on 60 days supervision, fined $240.
    Dustin Stanley of Rushville entered a plea of guilty to speeding, was placed on 60 days supervision fined $240.
