Some free advice for new graduates

Dear Graduate,
It’s that time... your time. For a precious few days you’ll be treated like a prince or princess and that’s okay. It won’t last, but that’s okay. Then, whether you’re leaving the comfy nests called home and high school, or the ivied walls of your college, you’ll be a bit more on your own. I admire those who think they’ve prepared you with lectures, labs, and tests, but after you’ve been hired, married, or entered whatever field you’ve chosen to plow, you’ll find that your degrees and credentials won’t amount to much compared to a few simple things that were just as important to your parents and grandparents. Sorry to bum you out, but these don’t come cheap.
