Cecil Lee Vancil, 72, of Macomb passed away at 5:53 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020, at his home.
    Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville. Interment will follow in the Camp Butler National Cemetery in Riverton. Military rites will be conducted by the Inter Veterans Burial Detail.  Visitation will be from 5 – 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
