Traffic pattern changes for Illinois State Fair

The Illinois Department of Transportation and Illinois Department of Agriculture today announced temporary changes in traffic patterns around the Illinois State Fairgrounds to accommodate the influx of vehicles during the fair.

Evan D. Zimmerman, 27, Beardstown, was ticketed and released for Criminal Trespassing as well as being picked up on a Cass County warrant for Criminal Trespass to a building on July 10. He was given a recognizance and new court date.
