The first thing most of us see is the gigantic ship in the front yard. Why a ship? Plus, there are other decorations that may stir some questions. Lauder was kind enough to share his inspirations and why he decorates the way he does.

Gifts for senior citizens

Gifts

Many times we fail to think about our senior citizens in the community who may never receive a gift during this special time of the year. This community can make a difference for our senior citizens.

Elves for Elders is a program designed by Community Hope and Recovery Center’s Community Care Program to bring some Christmas cheer to older community members. It is similar to the well-known Angel Tree except that an older person is chosen to receive a Christmas gift.
